Aaaand we're back! Miss us?
We managed to catch the 9 a.m. ferry, which I think ended up being the 9:30 a.m. ferry by the time it left, but hey, at least it left! With us on it!
We spent a quick but fabu 24 hours with my sister and family, including exchanging belated Christmas presents (my sister bought me 1/3 of a sheep!), eating lots of delicious food, and a surprise visit from our brother.
Then, we spent an hour or several at Ikea, and managed to fit this:

into our teeny tiny echo.
Oh, yeah, this too:
though, to be honest, that didn't take up much room. :P
We also spent some time in the kitchen planning area, and we think we have a plan! Yay!
We made it to the ferry just in time to miss the 5 p.m. ferry, but discovered to our delight that a 6 p.m. ferry had been added; they're usually on an every-two-hours schedule this time of year.
So now we're home! And our car is unpacked! And we have boxes all over the place, and way too much furniture because we haven't gotten rid of the old stuff yet! Um...yay?

As a matter of fact, I did miss you.
And I enjoyed your IKEA-clown-car bit. I bought a rug from Target and it almost didn't fit in the Rav4 - i don't know how you got all that into your teeny auto!
It took us 3 or 4 tries, and I couldn't see out my rear window on the way home. :P
